• ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, WITH TAGS INTACT, AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACK- AGING.
• SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THOSE.
• ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE WE ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR SEND OUT A NEW SIZE.
HOW IT WORKS
• YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONLY BEFORE IT SHIPS. AFTER THAT, IT’S IN MOTION.
• OUR COURIER WILL MAKE TWO PICKUP ATTEMPTS. IF BOTH FAIL, YOU’LL NEED TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK YOURSELF.
• REVERSE PICKUPS DEPEND ON SERVICE AVAILABILITY IN YOUR AREA.
• ONCE WE GET THE ITEM, WE’LL RUN A QUICK QUALITY CHECK, AND IF ALL’S GOOD, YOUR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED.
• PROCESSING USUALLY TAKES 7–10 WORKING DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.
